Agoo Forms
The Agoo Forms apps
Agoo Forms for iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, and Forms inside the Console and Agoo Workspace for organisations.
Planned· FFor anyone who makes forms
This is designed and scheduled but not built yet. We document it now so you can plan your integration.
Designed and scheduled for Agoo Forms' first release.
Agoo Forms for iOS and Android
- Sign in with an email code, Google or Microsoft, and unlock with your device's own unlock.
- Your workspaces and forms; a new form from a description (with dictation) or a template.
- A real builder on tablets, with drag and drop, and a compact one on phones.
- Share: the QR code full screen, the link and the share sheet.
- Responses arriving live, with a notification, summaries and filters.
- Collect in person: fill a form for someone at an event, even offline; it sends when the connection is back, never twice.
- No payments in the apps: levels are shown, and paying happens on the web.
Inside Agoo
For an organisation on Agoo:
- The Console: Forms in the main menu for people allowed it, with the same builder, responses and Share tab, search and the bell. Settings → Forms becomes Visitor forms, so "Forms" means one thing.
- Agoo Workspace: your organisation's internal forms to fill (an incident report, a suggestion, an IT request), even offline, and responses with notifications for those who read them.
