Sharing a form
Share a published form by its link, an agoo.click short link, a QR code, WhatsApp from your own phone, or on your website, and see which link brings responses.
Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.
Once a form is published, its Share tab has every way to send it.
| Way | What you get |
|---|---|
| The form's link | https://agooforms.com/f/…, to copy or open |
| Short link | agoo.click/…, short enough for a text message, with how many opens and responses came through it |
| Share on WhatsApp | Opens WhatsApp on your own phone or computer with the link ready to send. Agoo sends nothing for you |
| Share… | Your phone's share sheet |
| QR code | For posters and notice boards, in Agoo's Signature style, as PNG or SVG. It holds the short link, so scans count as opens |
| On your website | Two lines of code. The form grows to fit, follows each visitor's light or dark setting, and never sends on which page it's on |
| A link for each place | Forms Plus and Team: a short link per poster, group or newsletter, each counting its own opens and responses |
The QR code carries Agoo's mark on Forms Free, your workspace's logo or initials from Forms Plus, and your colour on Forms Team when it's dark enough to scan well.
When a form can't take responses
A form says so before anyone starts typing: when it's closed, when the workspace has used the month's responses, or when Agoo has paused it. People already answering when the month's limit is reached can still send. See Levels and limits.
What respondents see
Every form shows who receives the answers, "Agoo Forms will never ask for your password or PIN", Report this form and Your data, and "Made with Agoo Forms" on Forms Free. A quiet robot check runs in the background; most people never see it.
Logic
Show and hide questions and pages from earlier answers on every level, and on Forms Plus and Team require answers, jump ahead, end early, and work out totals and scores.
Responses and exports
Read responses in a table across every version, filter them, open one at a time, see a summary of each question, use the bin, export CSV or Excel, and choose your emails.
