Uploads, AI drafts and templates
File and photo questions with a virus check, Agoo AI drafting a form from a description, and starter templates made for Ghana.
This is designed and scheduled but not built yet. We document it now so you can plan your integration.
These are designed and scheduled for Agoo Forms' first release. This page says how they're planned to work.
File uploads, virus-checked
File upload and Photo questions let people send CVs, receipts, certificates and pictures. Every file is checked for its real type and scanned for viruses before anyone can open it; photos lose their location details. Files can be downloaded only by people allowed to, and each download is recorded.
| Level | Largest file | Files a question / a response | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forms Free | 10 MB | 5 / 10 | 100 MB |
| Forms Plus | 50 MB | 10 / 20 | 10 GB |
| Forms Team | 100 MB | 20 / 50 | 100 GB |
PDF, images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC), Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, OpenDocument, text and CSV, and audio; video from Forms Plus. Never scripts, programs, archives or documents with macros. When storage is full, new uploads are refused with the reason; written answers still go through.
Agoo AI drafts
Describe your form ("a registration for our youth camp in Kumasi, with a parent's consent") and Agoo AI drafts it as a form you can change. It takes one or two AI credits; a draft that fails gives them back. The draft is checked like any other, and AI never publishes anything. It won't draft forms that ask for passwords, PINs or card numbers, or that pretend to be a bank or a government body.
Templates
Starter forms made for Ghana: event registration, volunteer sign-up, church membership, school admission enquiry, customer feedback, job application, clinic registration, supplier enquiry, training feedback, meeting RSVP, service request, suggestion box and youth camp registration. Each opens as a draft for you to change. See them at agooforms.com/templates.
