Get started with Agoo Forms
Sign in at agooforms.com with an email code, make a form, preview it on a phone, publish it and share the link.
Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.
Open agooforms.com and choose Sign in
Type your email address. Agoo sends a six-digit code to it; type or paste the code. There's no password to remember.
Your workspace opens
The first time, Agoo Forms makes your personal workspace, named after you. Forms you make there are yours alone. To work with others, make a team workspace.
Before the opening
Until Agoo Forms opens to everyone, only invited addresses can sign in. Anyone else sees a plain note saying so. Ask for early access.
Signing in with Google or Microsoft is planned. Your sign-in lasts 30 days, and ends sooner after 14 days without use. Account → Sign out everywhere ends every Agoo Forms sign-in you have.
Make your first form
New form
On Home, choose New form, give it a title and you're in the builder with a first page ready.
Add questions
Drag a question from the palette onto the page, or click one to add it after the question you've chosen. Set it up in the inspector on the right: the words, help text, whether it must be answered, and its options. See Building a form.
Preview it
Choose Preview (or press P) to see the form exactly as people will, on a phone or a computer. Nothing you send in a preview is kept or counted.
Publish
Choose Publish. If anything needs fixing, the builder lists it with a way to each one. Once published, the form has a link anyone can open, and the Share tab has the rest.
Your draft is saved as you go: on your computer at once, and to your account every few seconds, so a power cut or a closed tab loses nothing.
Agoo Forms
Make registrations, sign-ups, applications and surveys at agooforms.com, with Ghana's own questions, share them anywhere and read the answers as they arrive.
Workspaces and roles
Personal, team and organisation workspaces in Agoo Forms, the five roles, invitations and how many editors each level allows.
