Agoo Forms

Agoo Forms

Make registrations, sign-ups, applications and surveys at agooforms.com, with Ghana's own questions, share them anywhere and read the answers as they arrive.

Early access· FFor anyone who makes forms

Agoo is in early access. This page describes the feature as it ships to early-access organisations; screens are illustrative.

Agoo Forms, at agooforms.com, is Agoo's form builder for people, teams and organisations. You drag questions onto a page, share the form by link, short link, QR code, WhatsApp or on your website, and read the answers in a table and in charts. The people who answer need no account and no app: a form opens in any phone's browser.

Open to invited makers

Agoo Forms is open to people we've invited while we get it ready for everyone. Ask for early access. If someone has invited you to their workspace, sign in with the email address the invitation went to.

Made for Ghana

  • Ghana's own questions: Ghana Card numbers, GhanaPost digital addresses, region and district, phone numbers written the way people write them here, and amounts in cedis.
  • Weak networks: respondent pages are light, keep answers on the phone as people type, and survive a dropped connection or a closed tab. Sending twice never makes two responses.
  • Sharing culture: WhatsApp from your own phone, QR posters for notice boards, short links that fit in a text.
